The gentleman that came to our home was very professional, honest, knowledgeable and helpful. Great company and employee to work with. Home warranty insurance is covering this repair so I can’t rate this company on price. I just know once my contract expires with Choice Warranty I will not renew with them. They don’t honor what they tell you when you sign up with the.

Performance Electrical & Plumbing went above and beyond in fixing my outdated laundry room light fixture and ballast. They also worked very diligently replacing a converter on a shower/tub combo. I would recommend them and will for sure use them again

I’m very satisfied with today’s service. The technician was extremely nice, polite, and professional. He took his time to explain everything clearly, opened the water tank, and took pictures from every angle. It was such a big difference compared to the last technician who didn’t explain anything or do a proper inspection. He answered all my questions and explained that the issue is due to age and overuse , that it’s not worth fixing and needs a replacement. I really appreciate how thorough and honest he was. If I ever have any electrical or plumbing problems in the future (knock on wood, I don’t!), I would definitely call this company again. Both the technician and his boss were kind and professional. They did an outstanding job! My range hood was making loud noises and needed repairs. The team quickly diagnosed that the motor was outdated and returned to replace it. The motor was so old that they had to disassemble everything to access it, requiring two technicians for the job. After their thorough repair, it works perfectly, and they even cleaned everything to make it look brand new! The price was very reasonable and significantly cheaper than buying a new range hood. I’m so grateful to them and highly recommend their services to everyone!

They were great! They came out the same day that I called came to my home and checked out my problem.In a matter of two days I received a new water heater. They installed it in an hour and they were very polite and very professional! I would highly recommended them!

So far so good. Bob came early for the estimate and was very nice. It seems reasonable what he quoted me 😊 I had my outlet put in today and they did an excellent job! They worked around a small space with no issues. Everything works great and I am very happy 😊 They were also very prompt and easy to get a hold of. Thank you Performance Electric! I definitely recommend 👌
